⚠ PennySignal is an informational tool. The alerts and signals it produces do not constitute investment advice. Penny stocks are high-risk, low-liquidity securities. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

1. Description of the service

PennySignal tracks insider transactions publicly reported to the SEC for stocks priced under $5/share, flags clusters where 2 or more distinct insiders buy the same stock in the same window, and sends the resulting alerts by email. PennySignal is a personal project operated by Alexandre Côté, Quebec, Canada — currently not sold or offered as a paid subscription.

Information provided by PennySignal — alerts, insider counts, backtested targets, past results — is for informational purposes only. It does not constitute:

Past performance does not guarantee future results. All investments involve risk, including the possible loss of principal — penny stocks especially so, given their thin volume and wide spreads. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

PennySignal is not currently sold as a subscription and has no public sign-up. If that changes, this section will be updated with the same billing/cancellation detail ClusterSignal's own terms provide for its subscription plans.

PennySignal's content — its detection methodology, alerts, analysis, and site — is the exclusive property of PennySignal. The underlying insider-transaction data comes from public sources (SEC EDGAR / OpenInsider).

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PennySignal is not liable for financial losses resulting from decisions made based on the information it provides. PennySignal is provided free of charge and "as is," with no warranty of accuracy or availability.

7. Changes to the service

PennySignal may change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time. Material changes to these terms will be reflected here with an updated date.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
