1. This site does not collect personal data from visitors

PennySignal's public pages (this one, the homepage, and the results page) have no sign-up form, no account system, and no visitor tracking beyond what the hosting provider (Netlify) sets by default to serve the site. Browsing PennySignal does not hand over any personal information.

2. Email alerts

PennySignal is currently a personal project: its alerts are sent to a single internal recipient, not to public subscribers. There is no public sign-up flow and no subscriber list to manage. If that changes, this policy will be updated to describe exactly what's collected and how — the same way ClusterSignal's own policy does for its subscriber list.

3. Third-party services

PennySignal uses the following services to operate:

• Supabase — stores the alert and results data shown on the results page (ticker, dates, prices — not personal visitor data)
• Resend — delivers the internal alert emails
• Netlify — hosts this site

Each of these services has its own privacy policy.

4. Your rights

Since no personal data is collected from site visitors today, there's nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have any question about this, or believe that's changed, reach out using the contact below.
